Upon confirmation of payment of the fee, the school will mail the original Certificate of Eligibility and the Admission Permit to the applicant or agent.

(1) If the visa is refused by the Japanese Embassy, shall return other fees paid in addition to the admission fee in accordance with the procedures stipulated by the college. The remittance fee incurred in the refund shall be borne by the student.
(2) After enrollment, before the end of the first semester, the student will be refunded according to the regulations of the College.
